The Holy Quran has a special relationship and deep characteristic with the month of Ramadan, so its revelation is in the month of Ramadan.
Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) teaches the Holy Quran to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) in the month of Ramadan.
Arranging the complete Quran in Taraweeh, the special arrangement of the companions of the Prophet (may Allah be pleased with them) to recite the Quran in Ramadan shows the characteristics.
